The form collects your name, email, phone, preferred contact method, property type, service, city, ZIP code, project description, desired timing, and permission to contact you. Requests are saved in our website database with a reference number and submission time.

We use these details to review and respond to your project request. Requests are not published or sold as leads. Access to the inquiry inbox is restricted to the owner’s authorized sign-in. Our website hosting provider processes and stores the information needed to operate this service.

Estimate details are sent to our business email through Resend so we can respond. Resend processes the message for email delivery. The website does not send a confirmation email to you. Using an email link opens your own email application; your email provider handles messages you send.

This site does not use marketing analytics or advertising cookies. Its hosting and sign-in services may use necessary technical cookies and process technical request information for access, reliability, and security. There are no photo uploads. Do not include financial, medical, or other sensitive information in your description.

We retain inquiries while needed to respond, manage project discussions, and keep appropriate business records. For questions or requests to access, correct, or delete your inquiry, contact sales@wehavethepros.com. Include your reference number if available.
